Fashion retailer, Runway Boutique, has Selected E3 Retail as their Retail Technology Partner

Chante Evander dreamed of opening her own retail clothing store. To inspire her children to follow their dreams and try new adventures she would tell them “The world is your runway”. In November of 2021 Chante opened her first Runway Boutique retail store offering premium clothing and accessories in her community. In her first year of business, Chante crushed her initial forecast for the company and quickly realized her Point-of-Sale system was not meeting her needs, nor would it scale when she was ready to open more locations.
In November of 2022, E3 Retail and team members at Runway Boutique began discussing the Point-of-Sale needs at Runway Boutique. The major functions that were important to them in finding the right Point-of-Sale vendor partner were the ability to accurately report on financials, real-time inventory tracking and product forecasting, the ability to classify and analyze product performance, and the ability to scale as she began preparing to grow her business.
In April of 2023 Runway Boutique went live with E3 Retail’s Point-of-Sale and Pricing & Promotions solutions. Due to the Retail Back Office being deployed in Azure Cloud, Chante and her team can manage operations remotely. Since going live in April the team at Runway Boutique has been able to:
Offer product exchanges to their customers making it quicker and easier for their customers to get the right product.
Properly account for all types of sales, exchanges, and returns which saves them time preparing for taxes at year end.
Categorize products enabling them with the ability to perform sales analysis and make more informed purchasing decisions to make sure they always have what their customers are looking for.
Simplify associate timekeeping and user permissions, ensuring associates are fully trained prior to giving greater access permissions.
With the successful adoption and launch of the E3 Point of Sale system, Chante finds herself better-positioned to take Runway Boutique to the next level of business.
