Our Team

Ken Jenkins President, CEO


Ken Jenkins is president and Chief Executive Officer of e3 Retail, LLC, and has served in those positions since 2008.

Ken is the former president of Integrated Software Solutions (ISS) and led its growth into a multi-million dollar revenue company after joining in 1997. As president, he actively provided consulting expertise to C-level executives on a regular basis regarding strategic decisions and new technology.

Upon graduating from North Carolina State University with a degree in Computer Science, Ken joined IBM’s retail industry group. In 1983, he joined Post Software International (PSI) as a shareholder and software developer. At PSI, Ken held various key positions including Director of Research and Development, Director of Marketing (Canadian Business Unit) as well as Director of Strategic Accounts.

Swetank Shekhar Founder, Chief Strategy Officer


Swetank Shekhar is the Chief Strategy Officer of e3 Retail, LLC, and has served in this position since 2008. In this role, Swetank defines the vision as well as the strategic direction for the company.

Swetank founded Integrated Software Solutions (ISS) in 1993. In 1997, Swetank became the CTO providing technical and product direction to ISS and their retail clients. Under Swetank’s direction, ISS was the first to deploy a Java™/XML/XSLT-based POS with a major retailer. Due primarily to Swetank’s vision for the future of retailing, ISS received the Executive Excellence Award in 1996 and 1999 from a Tier 1 Retailer and Vendor Award of Excellence in 2000.

Swetank received his Masters in Computer Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from BIT Mesra and was the recipient of the University Gold Medal (Summa Cum Laude). He worked as a consultant in the telecommunication arena before joining Post Software International (PSI) in 1989. At PSI, he was in charge of systems architecture and development. By leveraging his knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, Swetank introduced heuristic-based, self-healing concepts in products to achieve unprecedented reliability and stability.

Barry Henderson Chief Operating Officer


Barry Henderson is the Chief Operating Officer of e3 Retail, LLC, and has served in this position since 2008.

Prior to e3 Retail, Barry was the COO of Integrated Software Solutions (ISS). In this capacity, Barry directed the development and rollout of Web-enabled/browser-based solutions. He also established the company’s San Diego office in 1997.

Barry began his computer retail technology career at Post Software International (PSI) after graduating Summa Cum Laude from North Carolina State University with a BS in Computer Science. At PSI, he was directly involved with major point-of-service, back office, and in-store processor projects with several key retail companies.

Robert Bodily Chief Technology Officer


Robert Bodily is the Chief Technology Officer of e3 Retail, LLC, and has served in this position since 2008.

Along with his responsibilities as Chief Technology Officer, Robert is also responsible for overall system and application architecture and user-interface design. He joined Integrated Software Solutions (ISS) in 1996. His first project at ISS was to help spearhead development and implementation of a new POS project - the first Microsoft® Terminal Server-based POS / Back Office system. Utilizing his numerous years of retail experience, Robert also designed and developed a knowledge-based system to proactively monitor the health of a distributed retail environment leading to quicker reporting and resolutions of issues during pilot / rollouts.

Robert, a Cum Laude University of Tulsa graduate with a B.S. in Engineering Physics and a B.S. in Computer Science, has over 25 years of retail POS experience.

Doug Eason Director of Hardware Technology


Doug Eason is the Director of Hardware Technology at e3 Retail, LLC, and has served in this position since 2008.

Prior to e3 Retail, Doug was a key member of the development team at both Post Software International and ISS. With Doug’s 25 years of retail experience, he brings a deep knowledge of the retail industry in his role at e3 Retail. Doug has been instrumental in many of the development projects and has successfully led major point-of-sale (POS) development projects. With Doug’s wealth of retail experience, he has been recognized by partners and by many Tier 1 customers as an individual highly capable of solving complex problems and in providing cost-effective solutions to the retail community.

Doug was influential in a pending patent application for an invention in the retail industry involving POS.

Doug graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics.
