Enterprise Returns uses an intuitive graphical user interface (GUI) to lookup and present a previously processed transaction or provides a transaction search capability based upon various lookup criteria. Additionally, retailers can take advantage of the advanced capability to process multiple return items from different POS transactions.

Enterprise Returns can be deployed centrally for a multi-store enterprise environment or locally within each store for operations such as a franchisee.

Enterprise Returns provides a scalable solution for higher volume environments using the Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) interfaces of .NET 3.5. Whether a retail environment is low volume or larger store format with higher volume, Enterprise Returns is the solution for you.
